Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Shelbyville, TN (Onsite)

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce needs, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, and salaried roles
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and HR strategy
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, OSHA, etc.)
  • Maintain HRIS systems and employee records (e.g., ADP, Oracle)
  • Support compensation planning, benefits administration, and training initiatives
  • Conduct audits, manage reporting, and recommend process improvements
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting high-volume, shift-based workforces
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
